Hospitality of the staff...

The location was beautiful and excellent for me as it was adjacent to a polluted lake and mountain overlooking a quaint town and the Chokramudi Peak. I was there for 2 nights and ate at 24-hour restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

I had the most incredible experience at Fragrant Nature. The views from my room in the early morning were absolutely stunning. The hotel is unique with rooms arranged down the hillside and a lift that takes you DOWN to your room. The Indian food served at the hotel was magnificent, and the buffet choices were large, although mostly meat dishes. The complimentary nature walk led by a sweet guide was a highlight of my stay. I also appreciated the free TV service, even though I had to call reception to unblock my chosen channel.

The hotel had a beautiful and wonderful location on daily hikes.

The room was impeccably clean with good views, and I slept very well. The location was awesome and gorgeous, for example, Pothamedu View Point was just a short walk away from the hotel. Moreover, it's really close to a restaurant and such a fragrant nature.

Great location, onsite restaurants, Morning Nature Trek, coach/adventure specialist, beautiful construction, 5-star amenities.

Delicious and tasty breakfast selection for all tastes with Indian dishes and also jain food. Location adjacent to the nature, the tea gardens and hillside and a tea tasting. Also, on a hill.

This hotel in the hills of Munnar exceeded my expectations in several ways. the rooms were not only clean and comfortable but also had a large balcony with an unforgettable view of the tea estates. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms was commendable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Secondly, the hotel's location in such a nice place was incredible. Surrounded by the most beautiful mountains, the views of Munnar were simply breathtaking. Lastly, the breakfast spread, although limited in international options, had some local delicacies that were absolutely delicious.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

With stunning views from every corner of the hotel, I enjoyed the tranquillity of the location in the hills. The hotel facilities were great, including ample parking and easy transportation to typical sightseeing attractions. The well-informed guide on the hike trail made my experience even better. In the coffee shop, I couldn't get enough of the scrumptious breakfast and the knowledgeable staff served me with a smile.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We chose this hotel for the peacefulness of the hillside overlooking the tea plantation. The garden was a plus. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a great bathroom. The breakfast provided a reasonable selection of food. The staff was always happy to help and even offered free cooking classes.

The restaurant food was slightly pricey and monotonous, with issues in TV controls explained in one of the reviews.

Wow! What a weekend we had! The complimentary drinks upon arrival and the free breakfast the next day were a fantastic touch. The view from the bar was a highlight, with stunning sunsets over the hills. The location was perfect, close to nature and the clean surroundings made it even better. The staff were extremely prompt and professional, and the food was mouth-watering.

The unpleasant smell from the uncollected garbage near the property, possibly left by the villagers. It was a bit of an eyesore when walking around the area.

The room advantages were exclusive, with private facilities that made me feel pampered. The restaurant served delicious breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap.
